Ocimum sanctum—Holy Basil, or Tulsi—is a plant that carries both presence and reverence. A member of the mint family, its aroma is sweet, warm, and gently spiced—an enveloping scent that lingers in the air and softens the edges of the day.

Rich in eugenol—also found in cloves—alongside camphor, eucalyptol, flavonoids, vitamins, and minerals, Tulsi offers a complex profile of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its name tells its story. Sanctum—sacred. Tulsi—“the immeasurable one.” In Hindu tradition, it is revered as the embodiment of the Goddess of Abundance and Gratitude.
